Lyle Schmidek Lyle Schmidek Lyle, a native of Alberta Canada first arrived In TCI from Grand Cayman to scout Turks and Caicos Islands prime real estate for his high net worth clients in 1990. In 2000 he started offering luxury real estate services here and founded Grace Bay Realty as a triple bottom line company in support of the People and Planet before Profit concept. Lyle’s brainchild, “Homes in Paradise by Grace Bay Realty”, was implemented to assist individuals from around the world in establishing second homes or a place to run their business in an untouched paradise with the bragging rights of “The World’s Best Beach”. Lyle specialises in helping first time developers establish highest and best use for their properties from conceptualising through the sales process. Lyle prides himself in empowering his team through ongoing training and constant interaction. Lyle takes the acronym “TEAM” (Team Efforts Achieve Miracles) to heart which is also reflected in his community involvement and is known for always putting People and Planet before Profit.
Beth Atkins-Charles Beth Atkins-Charles Beth commands over 20 years of real estate experience to serve you. She has served our association in various capacities over the years, Ambassador 2015/16; Vice President 2016/17 and President 2017/20. Beth continues her service on various committees within the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association. Driven by the “Triple Bottom Line” concept, Beth instills the obligation to “People and Planet before Profit” in all her agents and colleagues. In her roles and interaction with her peers she epitomises dignity, honour and integrity.
